As a motivational speaker, teacher, and an author... I enjoy speaking at churches, community events and woman's organizations.  Teaching craft and floral classes and writing and creating new recipes for my books keep me a very busy, but happy lady.

My husband of over forty years, two adult children and my awesome grandson provide me with copious adventure stories... perfect for telling and writing about!

Escaping to my front porch with a writing tablet and cup of tea may be my favorite past time. Sharing my love and experience of tea parties with old and new friends brings me great joy!

   I have experienced struggles, losses and burn out like every other typical woman! This inspiration encouraged me to write a series of children’s books called, “Home in the Big Back Yard”.  My first book, “Peaches in July” should be released sometime this year. 

It is my desire to recycle some of the things my mother taught me… then share it with this hectic, fast paced, over-booked generation.  

Learning to share our passions will inspire us all to rise and shine for the glory of the Lord!
