Okay...so,  I am no spring chick, but I sure have learned a thing or two on this crazy life  journey. Allow me to share some profound insights:

 

First, “Rocky Road” is not just an ice cream flavor! It's the road every woman travels through her life. The ice cream just makes the bumps in the road more tolerable!

 

 Don't fret about your cobwebs: Simply spray paint them gold and tell everyone it is Victorian filigree... or just leave them and only entertain when the sun goes down!

 

And...The local thrift store provides a new look on a husband’s idea of a balanced budget! 

 

There is no need to write myself notes anymore...I just forget where I put them anyway!

 

Planting a country garden gives you the right to claim weeds as heritage herb plants!

 

The Bible actually says... it’s ok to have gray hair...Check out Proverbs 16:31...

(However, it doesn’t say we have to!)

 

When your furniture gets scratch or worn, tell everyone you bought it that way and you are embracing the shabby Chic look.

 

 

And last of all, always be the one who volunteers to post the girlfriend outings pictures on Facebook...You can pick the best pictures of you...or delete all of them if you choose.

 

 

So there you have it, a few things I know for sure!  Keeping my eyes on God and learning to follow my heart. So, nugget by nugget I'll share my thoughts, ideas, and dreams with women everywhere.
